To delete your account please send a mail to the following email: support@mypallet.dk.
The email should contain the following information:
- Username or phone number
- Name
- Reason for account deletion
By deleting your account all information containing your information will be deleted from the system.
Any transaction, damage report, or other information you’ve created in the app will not be deleted as they are owned by your employer but they’ll not contain any information related to you after deletion.
Please note that it may take some time for your account to be fully deleted, and you may not be able to access it during this processing period.
